A very boho, very sweet, navy blouse with vertical "daisy chains" of embroidered yellow, white, blue, pink, and green flowers between the shoulders and the elastic, empire waistband. Fully fashioned, tank style shoulders with large, flutter sleeve overlay. Wide, round neckline with back keyhole and lace trim. Full peplum falls mid to low hip. Pairs well with white on the bottom.
