100% Rayon. This pretty, pale green blouse is so light it floats against the skin. The lovely floral pattern is barely a shade darker than the blouse itself. V-neckline with a tiny, ruffled, mandarin collar, and a ribbon tie with tassels. Fully fashioned shoulder. Long bubble sleeve. Smocked elastic details on the shoulders, and sleeve cuffs. Straight bottom hem falls mid to low hip. Can be tucked for a more tailored look. A wonderful piece for layering in cooler weather and showing off on warmer days!
