100% Rayon. Floral, and flowy, this gorgeous blouse is flattering, feminine, and a little boho too. Fully smocked elastic, empire top stretches across the bosom, shoulders, and top of the sleeves to create a fitted (but not too tight) shape. A full peplum and flowing, 3/4 length, bell sleeves add volume and flare. The black background hosts a riot of pink, sage, lavender, blue, and ivory roses.
