Items can be returned for merchandise credit online or in-store or exchanged for a new size or item. The 14 Days begin when the item is available for pick-up, not when the item is actually picked up by you. Please retrieve your purchases promptly! If you receive a defective item, please return to the store within 14 DAYS for a full refund or exchange.
