Items can be returned for merchandise credit online or in-store OR exchanged for a new size or item. If you receive a defective item, please return to the store by the date above for a full refund or exchange. SHIPPED PURCHASES: If you are not satisfied for any reason, please initiate the return of your item within 24 days of purchase. Please email returns@shopkelsea.com with your intention to return an item. We will send you instructions and a pre-paid shipping label for you to return an item(s). Once the return is received by us, you will be issued an online store credit less the cost of the original shipping.
